We use software and analytics to improve the affordability and quality of medicines and care provided at private drug shops, where 60% of rural patients in Africa seek primary health care. Our system includes point of sale software; integrated financing that incentivizes pharmacies to purchase affordable medication from high-quality suppliers; and patient follow-up via SMS. Patients in hard-to-reach places deserve excellent care, and we use the best of technology to help them get it.
